At a minimum, we keep our website up to date with the most current version of development
software and security patches. Our software updates are typically implemented after
hours to limit any downtime to our clients during the business day. For our 24-hour
clients, we communicate with you to provide as much advance notice as possible of any
software updates that may cause a service interruption.
Software updates for upgraded or new features are always monitored to make sure the
website application functions correctly and as expected.
