Hypercare is a period of time just before and immediately after a system update where an elevated level of support is available to ensure the seamless adoption of new or upgraded system features.

Our goal is a silent Hypercare; in other words, where zero issues are experienced by users after a system update. We prepare for the worst outcome to deliver the best user experience possible. Should the worst happen, we prepare to recover the system as quickly as possible with the goal of minimal downtime.
